Hotel Accomodations

Hotel Reservations: Use the button above to receive a discounted rate of $429 per night (plus local taxes and fees) when booking your reservation. If booking your reservation by phone, please call (800) 542-8680 and mention either The Heritage Foundation or Annual Leadership Conference. In addition to the nightly rate, the hotel will charge a discounted resort fee of $35 per room per night.

Reservations Deadline: Please book by Monday, March 25, 2024 to receive a discounted group rate. We cannot guarantee that rooms will be available or that the group rate will be honored after that date.

Reservations Deposit and Cancellation: All reservations will be accompanied by a first night’s deposit plus tax.  Deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring up to 72 hours prior to arrival.

Parking: Valet parking is available at a rate of $40 per day, plus tax.

Resort Fee includes:

• Wi-Fi internet access in both guestrooms and also the Hotel's common areas
• Complimentary tennis ball machine rental for one hour, and adult beginner clinic offered at 2pm daily
